Join us for a discussion with Dr. Allison Parker, author of “Unceasing Militant: The Life and Times of Mary Church Terrell”, which examines the life and work Terrell, one of the most important African American women in American history. We will also learn how her friendship with Frederick Douglass shaped her activism during her early years and how she worked to preserve his memory after his death.
