In honor of Black History Month, explore the Library’s collections during a magazine-making activity for families inspired by W.E.B. DuBois’ “The Brownies’ Book,” the first magazine for African American children. Join us on Saturday, February 10 from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm on the mezzanine level of the Thomas Jefferson building with special appearance from honored guest Librarian of Congress Carla Hayden at 1 pm.
