The National Park Service, in collaboration with Humanities in Public, will offer living history presentations integrated into the guided tours of the home. This added element will allow visitors a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to step back into the past and engage with Woodson and his staff in the home just as if it was the 1940s. Dexter Hamlett of Humanities in Public will be on-hand to portray Dr. Woodson.
