CAAPA (the Coalition for African Americans in the Performing Arts) will be partnering with Youth for Human Rights DC for a Black History Month celebration of human rights and freedom. Washington National Opera performers accompanied by Dr. Lester Green will take the stage to give voice to the hopeless through the beauty of music.
