February 28,2021. This day will serve us to commemorate 3 important events at the same time. We will have a wreath Laying Ceremony at the African American Civil War Memorial from 4:00 to 5:00 pm. The wreath presenters will be a sitting DC Councilmember and a former DC Councilmember who played important role in the two great sister-city relationship between Addis Ababa and the District of Columbia. 1.
